Position Purpose/Summary: Maintain high security, dual control, and compliance standards. Support office function of VIS. This includes report generation, member service, filing, marketing correspondence, computer inputting, member phone contact, scheduling, and other specified jobs as needed.

Education & Experience: We pride ourselves in our advocacy for education, growth, and opportunity for experience at Visions Federal Credit Union. This position would minimally require a high school education or GED. Two-year degree and one-year experience in an Administrative Office position in a financial institution preferred.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Due to the nature of this role in dealing with management, members, and employees on an on-going basis, the position requires (and is not limited to):

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively
  • Efficient time management, analytical and organizational skills
  • Flexibility (able to adapt to changing environment)
  • Positively communicate with diverse employee and member population while providing excellent customer service
  • Advanced computer and math skills, adherence to confidentiality, detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft and excel spreadsheets
